Why I Built This
Supply chain resilience stopped being a theoretical exercise in 2020 and it hasn't stopped mattering since. SupplyChain9 gives operators a structured way to see their network, find the fragile links before they fail, and model what happens under disruption — without needing a six-figure consulting engagement every time.
The Problem
Most supply chain teams know their network at the node level but not at the dependency level. Risk lives in concentrations and bottlenecks that only show up when something breaks, and scenario modeling is usually a slow, consultant-heavy exercise.
