Why I Built This
Org design is one of those things everyone knows is important but nobody has good tools for. Most companies do it in PowerPoint and spreadsheets, which means the analysis is shallow, the scenarios aren't costed, and the transition plan is a wishlist. OrgDesign9 brings data-driven rigor to the whole process.
