Why I Built This
Culture usually gets discussed in the abstract and measured once a year with a survey nobody reads. In M&A and transformation work, that is nowhere near enough. Culture9 turns culture into something structured and diagnosable — with a framework behind every question and an action plan behind every finding.
The Problem
